How To Purchase

To place an order, or to make an enquiry, simply fill in the form below and a member of our sales team will contact you.

Once a sale has been agreed, we ask for a purchase order number from you. We will then issue your company with a pro-forma invoice and reserve the instrument for 7 days giving you time to pay. If no payment has been received within 7 days, we will relist the instrument.

We accept payment via bank transfer.

All our Chromotography equipment is sold through Baseline Technology Ltd.


Should our products fail to meet the specifications outlined in the warranty, or not perform correctly when used in the recommended way, please contact us to arrange a return or repair. Labstock will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to our workshop if neccessary, or an engineer may visit your premises to investigate the problem. If we are unable to fix the instrument, you will be entitled to either a refund or replacement goods where appropriate. Labstock reserves the right to inspect the instrument and establish the cause of failure prior to an exchange or refund being agreed. This information does not apply to goods which are sold as seen or without warranty. Please contact us before arranging a return so that we can advise the best course of action. Labstock will not accept liability for sent via the customers own courier and will not be liable for the cost of shipping if the item is found not to be faulty.


Orders may not be cancelled by the buyer once placed unless expressly agreed by us in writing. If a cancellation is agreed we shall retain the right to issue an administration fee of £150. Where a return is agreed a restocking charge of 25% of the items value will be deducted on any returned items unless otherwise agreed.
